It is only available for new customers. Buy a SIM from amazon or ebay and
activate it on tmobile website. I ported my old number to google voice. You
can practically make free outgoing calls on your phone with google voice and
this plan. |

我现在用 t-mobile prepaid, 被告知必须去 wal-mart 买sim card 和手机的 bundle.
