I called local warmart and those clerk don't know much and they are saying I
need to buy a prepaid phone from them.

samsung exibit II就不错。你要找支持1700/2100的gsm手机。
不是新用户也有办法。

with that plan.worked without a hitch

来的号码和SIM卡 |

的先例，到时不行的话你可以把号码port到其他地方，比如att之类，再port回tmo同时
激活这个plan。
