Samsung(the defendant side lawyer) has the right to
keep denying until find the right ones.
That's somewhat similar to select.
I was almost selected as a jury in a murder case a few years back
even after I intentionally answered the questions in a form
with very strong opinion biases to the victim side(didn't have time
to do the jury). At the last round selection, the defendant
lawyer denied me(I knew I would be eventually).

让法官相信这人不能无偏向的做决定。到时trial transcript release以后
看吧。
