我第一天就 pre-ordered 了, 17号才刚运出来, 预21号才到, 如此之慢。是不是因为
LP买了其他东西, 又选择了 ship together.
有人收到了吗? |

It is not good. Many review sites already reviewed.
Today even thestreet.com reviewed the HD7, only 6.5 out of 10.
To summarize all the problems.
* It's lag when browse internet and books.
* It's heavier and bigger than Google N7.
* No access to gmail account, and google player.
* No Google Map.
* No offline GPS.
* Even not include wall charge(only USB cable).
* It will pushes a lot of ADs, pay $15 to disable the ADs.

If you want to connect to TV, it's better to get those egreat
or hi-media boxes. These boxes come remote, and all kind of connectivity.
They are cheaper, can install Android Apps and more user friendly
in terms of watching video on TV. Plus you can see all Chinese
TV programs and their recording.

this pad is mostly for browsing the web, and often watch youtube so HDMI is
important.
anyway, my 1st pad so I'll see what I'll like and what I don't like about it

It is a very good device if you have prime membership. I have a HTC EVO pad,
and the screen and speaker are way better than that. If you have bought
many books, videos or movies on Amazon, it is a good device to consume those
contents. If you want to hack your pad and get a lot of free contents on
that, it may not be a good choice.
To respond to the bad things playForever mentioned here,
I know nothing about ipad, but my Samsung phone and HTC pad are both lag if
I open many apps at the same time. The kindle fire HD is actually much
better.
Don't know that since I don't have a N7.
You can download 1mobile.com apps and there are a lot of apps and games for
free.
You can use Nokia map, which is free in the apps store.
No pad, to the best of my knowledge, can use GPS without dataplan or wifi.
Correct me if I am wrong, please.
That is the only thing I dislike so far. However, I have my wall adapter
from other devices, and can charge my fire HD with no problem.
I don't know why people complain the ADs a lot. It is only shown when screen
is locked, which means, most of the time, the user is not going to use the
device. I actually got a $5 code for free to purchase videos at Amazon. I
won't pay that $15 to opts out. |

比Nexus 7重不少。但lag的问题非常严重，在browser里面pinch zoom的时候很laggy，
可能不比较还可以，但一旦用过Nexus 7后再用kindle就觉得不是一个数量级的了。 |

You mean it doesn't have Chinese Input ? Does Amazon App Store have
any "chinese input" Apps ?
