发帖数: 621 | 1 I just called AT&T to upgrade my phone to Lumia 920.
I said the phone is offered online at other places like Walmart, Best Buy at
better price. For example, Bust Buy offers a rebate valued at $100.
Then I asked the customer service representative if AT&T can match the deal.
The CSR did not even ask his manager, and he agreed to credit my AT&T
wireless account with $100 without hesitation. (See email attached below)
The CSR asked me to shop at AT&T online directly (because he has already
given me the $100 credit to offset the 99.99 cost of Lumia 920).
In fact, if I do not buy Lumia 920. The $100 is free money for me.
Then I asked whether the $36 upgrade fee can be waived. The CSR said yes
because I am a long term AT&T customer. He said after I got my next bill
from AT&T, I can make another phone call to get a refund of the $36 upgrade
fee.
