个好用？
原来流传很广的一个迷思，就是在美国电话录音非法，看了这个 http://lifehacker.com/5491190
发现并不完全正确，除了以下15个州需要双方得到提示的情况下才能合法录音，其他州
都可以不用提示对方就合法录音
