行了。 反正ms这个名声也不值钱了，说不定还是负资产。
还不如把底下做的大多数知识产权全部收上来，然后分出去
给员工开小公司或者对外拍卖，估计能20%控股上百家小公司。

compensation based on the damage done, no matter whether Google sells the
OS or not.
The only reason MS did not go this route is when MS tried this on B&N, it
ended paying 300 m to settle the case out of court. The value of MS patents?
Negative in millions!

别说google，你都能去查，看完以后你自己照猫画虎写个程序自己用也没问题，但你一

不过话说回来，说不定微软从安卓开始，放下包袱，还真有可能出个不错的产品。不过
安卓开源，这样就不能卖license了，只能拼服务了。
