因为不在他的coverage,不能直接买。 想要一个他的prepaid,然后刷到别家用。
你如果能买，买的时候包含一个月月费 （$65），我check customer service是可以马
上取消或者不激活，我的理解这个65就会退回。（请看下面的聊天记录。）
有谁帮我买一个，我付手机本身+$30辛苦费？

phone. That plan must be active the duration of the phone being active.
Are you currently a customer?
[Visitor] No I am not a customer. I am in an area that US cellular doesn't
have coverage, I am checking if I can get a prepaid phone here and use with
other carriers.
[Amy] Unfortunately, if we don't offer service in your area, you can't
purchase a phone.
[Visitor] I see. I wonder if I can have a friend buy for me but do not
active it. And I can active it with other carrier.:)
