会有人联系你让你签合同，然后才会运出来
否则的话机子一旦先运出来， dell 就不可能收回去了： 人家有订单成功提交信息，
有当初产品介绍截屏，信用卡你也charge了， 你也发了货了， game over，傻子才会
去签你的狗屁合同。 dell 只能干吃亏
