我手机回来第一天就用H2O，从来没有搞过什么ATT登记过，病人发信说
Dear
Can you please deregister this device from your at&t account? You sold this
device to me but I have been unable to use it because it is still registered
under your at&t account. Please call at&t and get it deregistered from your
customer account so that I can start using it.
AT&T tells me that the device is registered to some other customer and I
