Hello and sorry to hear about your issue. We are aware of the issue and
have a fix to get your phone up and running.
The issue is from the Amazon app trying to push an update to the Mate 2.
Follow these steps to put the phone in safe mode to delete the amazon app.
First turn the phone completely off. Power the phone back on. As soon as you
hear the jingle or see the fireworks on the screen hold the VOL+ and VOL-
at the same time. When the phone turns on it should be in safe mode.
Once you get your device into safe mode, uninstall the Amazon app and once
done, power the phone down again then up regularly and you will be resolved.
Don't install the Amazon app for awhile, the issue should be resolved soon
and you can use the app again.

原以为是取消智电模式cpu频率加快所致
结果不是
又猜是自己root了装一大堆xposed软件
狂删还重启
最后总算想到用了一下amazon就重启
删了解决问题 |
