It even has refurnish iPhone 5s and refurnish samsung S5 for free.

For a quick check, it looks like Samsung Galaxy S 5 (Certified Like-New) has regular price value $552 or iPhone 5s 32GB (Certified Like-New) gold has regular price of $509.99. However, it looks like certified Samsung is out of stock. For new phone, iPhone 5c is free. Normally, subsided contract give you $420 ($450 - 30 activation fee) discount. If you can get value higher than that, you got good deal.
