但是右划手势回到上一页，要等个两三秒，没有backspace回去快
本来右划手势在触摸屏上是很方便的，可惜被这个小问题给影响了。
不知道是不是只有我一个人有这样的问题。 | w****y

1. Open up the desktop version of IE and in internet options, security tab,
custom level, disable the allow meta refresh. Apply the change.
2. Close the desktop version of IE.
3. Start up and then fully close metro IE by slowing dragging off the bottom
of the screen.
Metro IE will now reload pages from the cache rather than reloading the page
anew when swiping back. | s*****m

now seems faster.
the gesture has comparable loading speed to backspace on my Asus Vivotab
tablet.
however, it is still slower than IE on my desktop, probably due to the
weaker processor of the tablet.
What is this meta refresh anyway?
