increased effective Jan 1, 2015 YMMV!!!
I noticed in my current month's bill, that Verizon is increasing the
administrative fee for all voice lines from $0.88 to $0.95. This would
constitute as a material change, since this fee is part of Verizon
surcharges ( not taxes). Call Verizon to get out of your contract..
Obviously YMMV!!! Good luck!!
Looks like they have also modified the contract!!
Below is the excerpt from my bill,
Notice Of Administrative Charge Increase
Effective January 1, 2015, the monthly Verizon Wireless Administrative
Charge for voice capable devices will increase from $0.88 to $0.95 per
line for all eligible customers. The charge for data only devices remains at
$.06. For information regarding this charge, call 1-888-684-1888.
Please consult your Customer Agreement for information about rate
changes.

是不是那么好说话。
