其实我自己就是ATT的plan，只不过是basic phone
过几天父母来探亲，想unlock了这个520给老娘用
请问如果我就是ATT的用户，如何能unlock这个手机？
我把sim 卡插进去后激活，会不会就开始收费了？

1. Get your phone's IMEI number:
It is located on the packaging, next to the battery compartment, or through
dialing a code in your phone.
2. Get the unlock code:
Go to the above at&t website. Select Non-att customer option, Enter name,
email, and your IMEI number. You will receive an email confirmation, which
you will need to open and click a link to receive your unlock code. It
should take less than 1hr. YMMV.
3, Entering the code:
You can simply insert a non-att SIM card and power on the phone. It will
automatically prompt you to enter an unlock code. Or if you don't have a Non
-att SIM card, simply power on the phone without a SIM card. Then dial ##
7820. An icon of a SIM card with a lock should appear. Wait a few seconds
for it to become responsive. Then enter your unlock code. The lock icon
should become an unlocked icon. | t*******t
