what that statement typically means is that this particular model does not
have a 3G modem built into it, but you could add a 'supported' external (i.e
. add-on 3g) device, s.a. a 3G usb modem stick to it's usb port, or even
tether your 3G capable mobile phone to it, to acess data services over 3G
network. Adding a 3G modem inside the tablet adds around 25-35$ to the
manfls cost..
