1. create a tv.m3u8 file (UTF8编码)
2. upload that file to dropbox public folder and get a link
3. Buy "Ohm TV" for $3.99 in App store
4. in settings, input your m3u8 file link, now enjoy!

BTW, 我目前只找到这个要钱的app，不过app store每天都有新app,我相信很快有更便
宜的app.
