have previous experience. So the thing most important is to
protect yourself. Skiing can be a really PAINFUL sport.
Wear thick so that when you fall down you have a "cushion" to
rely on. That is about it.
BTW, when you not sure you are capable to make a movement on
snow, do not force it. Most injuries come from this. Just be
careful. |

cold.
actually they better be light
just want to know from those have skiing experience whether need to buy those
jacekets and pants or not

发帖数: 593 | 4 真正滑的好的人倒不一定穿防湿的滑雪裤，他们摔跤摔得少嘛@@
我第一次去害怕摔跤，就都买乐，穿的厚厚的，可是该摔还是摔，:*(
还没到slope，平地上我就摔乐，还站不起来，labmate从侧面拉我，
可是我使不上劲儿，怎么也起不来，最可气的是他最后放弃乐，丢下我走了，
临走时说："你等着，我去找人来帮忙！”
最终涮我鸽子没再回来，我只好把雪橇脱了，光着脚爬起来的:*(
雪以后再不敢划乐，衣服也是白买乐．
不过我估计你肯定比我强，买了不会只穿一次．．．

safer and easier. :)
Actually, we found a place near art museum last saturday that is
pretty good for "snow-tubing". huhu, pretty some kids played there.

发帖数: 313 | 6 btw, I got reminded of my middle school years. Right behind our
school there was a skiing place. It was not a good one because
the stones beneath the snow were not cleared off and the slope
was a little bit too much. However it was cheap so we went there
quite often. My first several times were all about falling-down.
Because I really did not know how to control the balance, I
could not even stand up. haha, got sniffed a lot by my friends.
But things will change. Maybe after snow-tubing a bit yo
