第一次买房子，中介刚才把明细都给我看了
除了20万1000的基价，还要交9,614多的税费，保险等费用（税费前三年是300多一年，
现在3000多有出入，房东说会申明Redund）
不知道这九千多会不会有多收和猫腻
请懂行的帮助我过目下，不剩感激！！！！！！
