I will move to philly at late aug and found a few places that
are available too early for me. If you happen to need summer lease,
maybe I can lease one and sublease to you at 20-30% discount.

furniture-wise, I will order a queen size frame+mattress to the address.
nothing else is planned, but you can always discuss with me, as currently
I have a moderate plan to add some furniture to the new home.
