sciences 进修计算机。她在国内是山东某大学副教授。大约2012年二月初来美，预计
进修半年。她非常容易相处，安静，干净，人很好。
求租studio,one-bedroom apartment,或与女生合租，或分租华人家庭的一间卧室。

Subletting a new renovated room in elkins park area
The room will be available on March 1st, 2012. The current lease ends at
August 3rd. Renewing the lease afterwards is negotiable. The room is spcious
with two closets, two windows. Basic furniture are available (such as a bed
, a table, etc). Feel free to bring in your own. The kitchen is fully
equipped. The apartment has two bedrooms and one and a half restrooms.
Plenty of storage space (extra 3 big closets in living room and a storage
room in the basement). This apartment is on the second floor. Rent per
person is 550 dollars plus electricity and Internet. Altogether it is around
600 dollars. Gas and water is included. Super warm in winter.
The neighborhood is very nice. A huge playground is right beside the
apartment building. 3 tennis court and a free public library is within 2
mins walking distance. A Walgreens pharmacy is about 5 mins walk. The
commute is convient as it is very close to 611. Around 25 mins drive to
Center city. If you want to use public transportation, a Septa train station
(Elkins park) is close by (5 to 10 minutes walk depending on your routes).
The train leaves every half an hour to center city and takes less than 20
minutes to get to Market East station. There are also bus services within 5
mins walk. 55 can take you to Willow Grove Mall in 20 minutes. Another bus (
I forgot which one) takes you directly to Fern Rock station.
A female roommate is preferred. Clean and responsible. Friendly to a small
cat.

周围非常安全，出门2分钟至轻轨(位于123 E Spring ave ardmore , pa 19003).
此处公共交通便利。30 分钟可到宾大，Temple 大学。35 分钟到费城市中心和Thomas
Jefferson University。
房间长4.1 米，宽4.3 米。光线明亮、宽敞、配有queen size 床、书桌、椅子、台灯
、衣柜。可提供厨具，可随时看房，随时入住。租金是美金 500 包括水电煤气,高速上
