covering all the utilities, such as cold water, hot water, heating, cooking
gas, electricity and internet. But you have to pay extra $50 per month in
summer if you are using air-conditioner. There is basic furniture in the
room, including bed, cloth cabinet, desk, chair, refrigerator and ceiling
fan. You will share the kitchen and the full bathroom with another Chinese
male student.
The lease must be 1 year for minimum.
The location is about 15-minute-walk to PENN campus, within security patrol
zone. It is safe and quiet, really convenient for public transportation,
PENN/Drexel bus and shuttle, grocery stores and restaurants.
