1）financial broker （chinese） 推荐了一个title insurance company。 说这个
company 和他们有联系， 这样会使closing quick and smooth（因为是jumbo loan，
所以搞了两个loan）。
2） 我的buyer agent（Chinese） 说最好不要用broker 推荐的company， 因为他们有
联系， 所有title company 会优先保护lender 的利益的。他要给我推荐一个company
。 说不少他的客户都用过， 他说不错。 我怀疑这个title company 和他也许有什么
利益挂钩？
3） 自己再网上quote 了几个company。 和一个title company（www.
worldwidelandtransfer.com）的agent （american） 通过电话聊了聊。他说他highly
recommend 用third-party independent title insurance company， 说这样能最大
的保护buyer 的利益。 他说他不推荐用broker 或者buyer agent/realtor 推荐的
company。 他说他本人还是本州的attonery （难道title company里 做这事的人不都
是attonery 吗？）。
在犹豫选哪个company。 这三个company 收费都差不多。 不知道谁说的有理。 请问大
家都是怎么选title company 的呀？ 不知道第三个怎么样？ 有人用过www.

choose any one of them. title company never 优先保护 any party's 的利益.They
don't have the power to protect any party during the process. Title company
is not an attorney firm. |
