它有网站 utwt 但没敢在网上买，不大放心直接输入信用卡号码。
5元钱450分钟到中国。
用了几个月了，没有月费，通话质量很好。 |

，这一点好像没有其他可以做到的。
网上paypal购买，不用输信用卡号。 |

No need to refund even though Talk86 has the 100% refund policy.
