件：
1）小孩上学的学区好（孩子读小学）
2）气候环境好
3）房价不要太贵（60万左右）
4）交通便利，去机场方便（每年要回国一趟看父母）
5）最好离水域不太远 （准备买船钓鱼）

DC附近气候更好， 也更方便，但是房价太贵。
如果还能更耐热点，亚特兰大挺好。

区很重要。目前好像大致了解了，大约在费城西部还不错，下一部就是找个房产经纪人
了，能推荐吗？谢谢 |

如果单纯学区，费城郊区main line沿线几个town，都可以选，但是房子都比较老，如
果住好些的，60万的预算不容易找到合适的房子，如果是再远些，chad ford学区、
newtown学区了。 |
