发帖数: 338 | 2 Newtown area has two school districts, Council Rock North and South. Both
are good school districts. But North is closed to I-95. Levittown is
Pennsbury High school districts. Yardley might be another option but the
same as Pennsbury School district. Pennsbury high is not that great but has
some good middle and elementary schools such as William Penn Middle and
Afton Elementary. I will suggest you look for Newtown area. The houses in
Newtown are not that new but depend on what you want to pay. There are more
newer houses in South.
The other issue is the local and property tax. Yardley has higher property
tax but no local tax. Newtown has lower property but needs to pay 1% income
tax. You can compare that for your considerations. |
