Japanese) are high achievers. And Americans know that. So there is a plan to
help Asians from Indochina (as US has quite a few of them).

I have no stakes on this, because I no longer go to schools and I have no
children.
No college has ever said there is any limitation on Asian admission--not to
mention cause of limitation such as diversification. That is why I say you
are wrong on facts.
(1) A century ago, colleges openly said there were caps for Jews. That was
in part why Jews opened their own colleges, such as Brandeis University near
Boston and Yeshiva University in New York City (with a medical sch

I already said no college, private or public, has acknowledged it treats
Asians differently from other applicants.
(2) Besides, college admission does not judge only by SAT.
(3) Many Asian parents for the past decade has complained to the agency
mentioned in the New York Times report (about lack of men on campus). I do
not know if anything come out of it.
