结果，今天，早上9点自己在床上手舞足蹈。下午3点哄到4点，灌了一瓶奶，连眼睛都
不闭一下，呵欠也没一个。吃吃东西，到5点我又拖人家去睡觉，人家连卧室门都不肯
迈进去。到现在，连呵欠都没打一个。
貌似好一天差一天啊，为娘我黔驴技穷，外加我自己感冒超级严重 | a**y

asleep during the dinner just as he did the day before. Then no appetite
after he wakes up, then it is even more difficult to fall asleep during the
night.
Anyway, his schedule is very bad these days.
Yesterday, he finally fell asleep at 6pm after I gave him some milk. Had a
nap from 6pm to 7pm. Then fell asleep at 12am.

let him get up at 7am, nap at 12pm-2pm. then bath 7pm, go to bed at 8pm.
stop the vicious cycle.

I had very bad cold and took some medication before sleep these two day
which makes me very difficult to wake up. This morning, my son probably
waked up at 8:30am, then played with himself while I was still sleeping
there -_-
Try to stay home all day along recently to help him set up a consistent
schedule. I think now I begin to know when he is sleepy and when he is not
ready for sleep yet.
On the other hand, difficult to persuade the grandpa. I think my son needs a
