如果你家有Swingset或是Trampoline之类的东西，邻居朋友家的小朋友来玩受了伤，都

"guest statute". Many states enacted laws prohibiting guest passengers from
suing drivers in the event of an accident. Please understand the law in your
state. Carpooling is so widely practiced here. US is such a litigious
country as everyone would stand a chance to be sued nevertheless but those
who sue you may not be successful. |

The initial reason I asked this question is that our neighbor's son is in
the same basketball team as my boys. I am unwilling to take him with us
since his parents do not ask us but the kid asks us. They are only 8 years
old. |
