发帖数: 13 | 1 Transgender Lesson Plans Coming to a School Near You!
On September 12, 2011, the Los Angeles Board of Education approved a plan to
include transgender, bisexual, and homosexual people in lesson plans.
Members of the board approved the plan 6-0 with only one board member absent.
L.A. Board of Education's move comes on the heels of the passage and
subsequent signing of SB 48, the bill that forces schools to introduce the
concepts of bisexuality, transgenderism, and homosexuality to all California
public school children, including charter schools, from K-12 via the social
sciences curriculum.
According to the Los Angeles Times, "The resolution calls for including "age
-appropriate" materials for elementary and secondary students in the nation'
s second-largest school district..."
Unless SB 48 is stopped in its tracks-through the referendum process-school
districts across California will suffer the same fate as the Los Angeles
Unified School District. Upon the collection and subsequent submission of
petitions, SB 48's implementation comes to a halt until the people approve
or veto the bill.

California families have a constitutional right to approve or veto any bills
including SB 48. Lawmakers and the Governor did not heed our call but we
may override the passage and signing of SB 48.

us, now, we need to do petition ( of course, our time and donations) to
agains to this law. haha..... It is so ridiculous! |
