poo. He poo once every three days most of the time, and alwasy try to hold
him in school/others house and come back home to poo. When I ask him to sit
on potty, he told me he can not poo, then he will wait 4 -5days to poo. by
then, I am afraid he may be not very comforable,then I always offer him
diaper when pass 3 days. How can I train him in this case??? I am planning
to not offer diaper and must sit. if poo poo gets really hard, I can use
medicine, so it will be very easy to poo, and he still need to sit on potty.
Once he feels it the first time, hopefully he gets it going forward. Is
this a good and healthy way? Thanks so much for your advice and suggestions

首先我觉得你得多给孩子吃些纤维多的食物，促进大便软化，争取一天一次大便。
我儿子也是一直站着拉到Diaper里，一直到4岁，其间花的功夫和精力不堪回首。主要
是小时候养成的习惯很难改。我们当时第一个阶段是拿一个小盆接着，让他拉到小盆里
，只能站着拉，坐着怎么也拉不出来；第二阶段是领他到厕所里直接拉到便桶里，也是
站着才能拉出来；最后一个阶段才能坐着拉在便桶里，每个阶段都是好几个月的时间，
我们当时也是很郁闷阿，不过最终都解决了，孩子也很高兴。所以一定要有信心，不要
急，早晚孩子会学会的。

发帖数: 954 | 4 虽然我家女儿是不到三岁train出来的，但你说的情况我记忆犹新啊，当时potty train
也是我每次哭的心都有啊，先训练pee就够费劲了，后来也是poo就非得要站着要带尿
布，不带就憋着。后来我是估计着她有的时候死活给按在小toilet上，就陪着她坐厕所
里，一坐坐2个小时的记录都有啊。一边坐一边看画画书啊，讲故事啊，还看过录像，
直到有两次碰巧坐的时候上了厕所才习惯了，所以就得狠心啊。而且当时看过书，说要
集中训练，有的妈拿出3天不上班就为了potty train呢，有 那么几次时间掌握好了他
上了也就学会了。我虽然没说3天不上班就盯着孩子训练，但那时她哭得肝肠寸断得我
也是掉了两层皮。所以没办法，坚持住，别反复开训又退缩，对小孩子更是伤害。我也
觉得3天上一次厕所太长了怎么2天也得去一次吧。不行上mini wheats， 小孩当甜点就
吃了，对促进便便有效。 | S*******9

一开始的时候是让他站着在马桶上拉的,两三次后他就愿意坐下了.
从来没用过小马桶.

番抓狂。等他poo出来第一次，给重奖，从此只在马桶里poo。之前也试了无数次。 | b*******g

，我感觉他是自己憋到家。
我问他，问什么不在学校拉，他说没人给他洗，在家倒是每次拉完不仅要擦，还要立即
洗屁股，我说等一会就洗澡了，那也不行，必须立即洗。我估计是养成习惯了，小时候
带他到是拉完就洗。
怎么才能让他在学校拉呢？ 有几次都憋出便秘了。 | h****e

不堪回首哦。每次闻到娃poo或者觉察到苗头了，就赶紧给他按到小马桶，结果人家还
很不高兴。不过慢慢孩子就知道是怎么回事了。poo出来重奖很有效。

发帖数: 753 | 12 wow，我家闺女给我省了多少钱呢。本来打算2岁半开始训的，结果1岁半开始买了本
potty training的书，自己就明白怎么回事情了。大概1个星期，就好了！出去带着尿
布反而不尿也不拉了，就憋着，等回家。刚开始我们还不敢离家太远，怕她憋坏了。 |
