manage to reach the optimum level on a good day.
Swimming has never been my forte. I have little body fat for me to float in water.
Pullup for 20 is manageable. But 25 is hard. |

我除了不知道每天睡觉4小时那一周和那八个半月以外，我觉得其它的（那些不负荷性
的达标）都很容易啊。肯定还有不少其它的。对（忍）耐力和（空手和持械的）对抗能
力方面的要求很高吧？

was a marine before. Even at the age of 50, he still runs like wind. He
told me that once on a mission aboarding an aircraft carrier, there was a
competition between the marine and the navy. They ran loops on the deck and
did pushup under the scorching sun. He won both competitions for the marine and
earned a lot of money by winning the bet. He did 1,000 pushups in less than
an hour without resting on his tummy to beat all the other competitors! What
a bull!
Another funny thing was that one day the ex-marine and I were running on the
400 meter track half-naked. Then came two fat guys who bravely took off
their shirts, too, and told us: hey, muscle guys, step aside. Let the fat
guys run first! We HAVE to! That was hilarious! |
