peer reviewed articles that were removed they were conference proceedings.
While it is still troubling that these were able to slip through, conference
proceedings are abstracts from work that can be presented at scientific
conferences by just about anyone, as opposed to actual articles submitted to
a journal for peer- reviewed publication." |
