感觉老师没法抹仔细. 我自己一个小孩都要3分钟, 老师就是拿了往身上洒, 脸上容易
弄眼睛里头, 一般不怎么抹. |

Apparently there is a big difference between Sunscreen and Sunblock. The
main difference is: sunscreen only protects against UVA and UVB, it does not
however, block out all the damaging effects of the sun and it needs to be
reapplied every two or three hours. Where sunblock, keeps out almost all of
the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays, and it does not need to be reapplied
as often. It also prevents you from getting darker, as in my sons case.
So remember:
1) Sunscreen protects against the damaging rays of the sun while allowing
you to tan.
2) Sunblock also protects from UVA and UVB but does not allow a tan.
3) If you spend a lot of time in the water, whether it’s in the beach or
in the pool, you might want to use the water resistant/ proof formula.
4) Also keep in mind the higher the SPF the better.
5) Always wear protective clothing, drink plenty of fluids to avoid
dehydration, and prevent over exposure to the sun, especially during the
hottest time of the day; 12-4 pm.

最近美国不允许表面PA了，但亚裔都知道那几个牌子是带PA的

去玩，也就半个小时，一般也不会晒伤。涂上，皮肤的感觉不好。所以就不给涂了，也
没给老师防晒霜了。 |
