1，3个1000 cubes, 5个100 squares, 7 个 10 bars 8个unit
（违背大脑数感，把超级大的 number具体化）
2，代表3个1000 和 5个100 和 7 个 10 和 8个1
（把直观的东西反复练，练到学生烦为止。没办法，有根源的）
其实这个数最好就是用算盘表示。
