We have partnered once again with the Friends of XXX County Guardian Ad
Litem Program to provide holiday gifts for children in our community whose
families are experiencing severe economic hardship. These families have been
referred to the xxx program by caring staff at the children’s schools. As
you will see, the children have provided a few typical gift requests in
addition to several basic needs including warm clothing. Please consider
chipping in with another family so that we are able to provide some of the
special wish items. Your generosity will make a difference to a child whose
life is often overshadowed by the difficulties associated with poverty.
The deadline for drop-off is Saturday, Dec. 12, but the sooner the better!
Please leave your giftwrapped and labeled items in the Gallery in the space
designated for your group. There will be a sheet for you to check off which
item you are delivering. PLEASE INCLUDE GIFT RECEIPTS with gifts, especially
clothing items. Although we prefer to receive the items listed, if you
prefer to purchase a gift card, please place it in a gift box so that it is
not misplaced.
