invitation.
There are some other websites, such as shoppers, dealpass, fun family
rewards, etc, check the giftcard board. |

same card, you canNOT opt out the mail service by the electronic statement.
How to apply for it, I have done it 2 years now, you can observe from the

Household Bank MasterCards
Household Bank Secured MasterCard®
Which one you are using? Do you need to pay annual fee for that?
