都烧糊了还不断电,差点引起火灾.想退回Walmart, 可是发票找不着了.请问
1.没有发票在Walmart能退吗(包装什么的都还在)?
2.我买电饭煲那天用的是信用卡结帐,而且只在Walmart买了电饭煲一个东西.查找信用
卡的statement 可以看到那天的信用卡使用的Reference number 及Walmart消费的
Amount.请问这能用于退货吗?

Q: Do you accept RETURNS without a receipt?
A: Walmart, for several years, has accepted returns without a receipt, even
though many of our competitors require receipts for all returns. Walmart
gives customers the option of a cash refund (if the purchase was under $25),
a shopping card for the amount of the purchase (if it was over $25) or an
even exchange for the product. Also, as applicable, we follow any
manufacturer’s warranties.

or credit card you used for that purchase, I think they have the record
that can track back to your card. |
