后强行charge data plan,15刀起。我所在的地方四处都有免费的wifi，觉得data plan
没什么用。有谁知道有什么办法可以逃掉这个霸王条款式的收费么？

我打电话给att，客服说system 会自动identify and charge.

一但发现你用的手机还是智能型的 就会马上把15块钱给加上去 所以要锁住手机上网
的功能 不然还是有可以会被加回去的 |
