To receive your rebate:
1.Buy $25 worth of participating Kimberly Clark Brands to receive a $5
rebate or get a $10 rebate when you buy $40 worth of Kimberly Clark Brands
between 9/30/10 and 11/3/10 in one shopping trip
2. complete this form and mail it in with your original cash register
receipt with qualifying pruchases circles.
3. look for your rebate in your mailbox in 8-10 weeks after December 10,
2010

Huggies , pull-ups, Goodnites, kleenex, cottonelle, scott, viva, poise,
depend, kotex
