Last week in order to phase out CVS i purchased a Bayer coutour meter to get
the rebate. But tonight I opened the box and there is no rebate form. Could
someone tell me where to find the form? Or can I return it to CVS? Had no
experience on this issue. Thank you very much. |

发帖数: 6013 | 3 估计lz买的是小盒子的新版的。现在唯一能做的就是，lz在版上发帖求一个过期的form
，我记得Bayer家是认可过期的form的。
