I recycled four ink at office depot, but it was not post the reward on the
Worklife reward account. I called CRS and was told I didn't make any
purchase but only the recycle ink cartidge and I won't receive any reward by
this. Is that true? I need to buy osmething so that I can get the ink
recycle reward?

it all depends how much u purchased.
but u have the whole year to match the amount you recycled
