Customer must email order shipment confirmation to R**[email protected] to
qualify for this promotion.
One $30 credit per new prescription will be issued. Credits will be
emailed to customers within 3 weeks of our receipt of the order shipment
confirmation.
Each credit must be applied to a single order. Unused credit will be
forfeited. Credit may not be applied to prescription orders or to taxes or
shipping charges. May not be applied to previously placed orders.
Not available to residents of New Jersey under 60 years of age,
residents of New York, residents of Massachusetts covered by insurance, or
