I just asked CVS to send me a report(in email) including all my FSA eligible
expense in 2011. Does anyone have experience to just use this email report(
as a receipt) to claim FSA expense? (I can't find the original store receipt
any more.)

发帖数: 13261 | 2 It all depends on your FSA reimbursement company, if it is ok for them just
to take a CVS email as the proper receipt. I had experience for two
different agencies, one asked to send in every single receipt, one just took
the print out statement from my insurance company website. |
