Has anyone downloaded and printed online rebate form and got the rebate or only the rebate form from the newspaper insterts is valid? As
the rebate form says only original rebate form should be used?

貌似还没有人拿回rebate呢。
据说不是用pdf不pdf的问题，是他家用了胖子或有gc promotion的都不给rebate
