first.
The case I described is something like this:
Total 25
give cashier the 20 reward, he/she scans it
give cashier the 28 reward, he/she scans it
You hope you will get a $23 balance coupon since 25-20-28=(23)
actually you will get only $3 in balance coupon, the $20 was not used.
