I am sorry to hear that you were not able to redeem your ExtraBucks coupon
for the printed value. There was a known issue with the ExtraBucks coupon
for the Huggies promotion printing for an incorrect amount and stores were
instructed to honor the printed value, regardless of the amount shown when
the coupon is scanned. After reviewing your account, I have issued a
courtesy coupon in the amount of $10.00 ExtraBucks on your account which
will be available to print in 48 hours. To receive your coupon, simply scan
your card at the Coupon Center or it will print on the bottom of your
receipt when you make your next purchase.
Don't forget! To help you save even more, remember to scan your ExtraCare
card at the Coupon Center in your local CVS/pharmacy BEFORE you shop to
receive money-saving coupons, ExtraBucks, special offers, and for a summary
of your send to card coupons. The Coupon Center also acts as a price checker.
