The staples.com gives me an order number immediately.
But I did not got the confirmation email.
Today I call in to check. After 40 minutes waiting, the CSR tells me that
item was out-of-stock when I put the order. So the system did not let the
order go through.
The staples.com did not update in time when I put the order.
The CSR give me 2 choices:
1. Order a similar laptop with $450, $100 off coupon can still apply.
2. Wait that laptop become available again, but the price may be change.
I am very angry now.
Is there any way I can fight back, either get that computer for $300 or
request an amount of gift card for cancelling my order?
