发帖数: 608 | 2 I would try to ask for retention offer first. So I would say "I would like
to close my card blabla". :-) Usually they will waive the annual fee and
offer 1000 additional miles for spending 1000+ per month, for 16 months.
For conversion, the citi thank you prefered or citi dividend would be very
good choices, if they allow you to do so. Especially the latter one, which
has 5% on seasonal promotion category.
