It's much more complicated for cvs coupons in general. If it's "cvs coupon",
30% applied after it is deducted from subtotal for certain;
If it's "mfr cvs coupon" and if only if it is associated with the according
products, percentage coupon applied after it is deducted from subtotal,
otherwise, before coupon is applied.
